Job Details

Sonographers Medical, specialist Medical recruitment agency are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work as office administrator in this small, friendly, company which supplies medical professionals to the NHS and private clinics.

You will be required to receive and process candidate job applications, deal with existing and new candidate compliance documents and maintain company invoices and remittances, accounts experience would be advantage, liaise with locum medical staff and hospital managers.

There is also a major requirement to maintain other computerised records, including scanning in hard copy documents for filing and maintaining company websites, and social media sites. Excellent clear telephone communication skills are required and a well ordered meticulous approach to documentation and office tasks.
