All staff working through Sonographers Medical must have a current and valid "Right To Work in the United Kingdom". This applied equally to staff employed on our own books and to staff sub-contracted via other companies.
As an Employment Agency, we are unable to process Work Permits for staff. UK Rules mean that only a Permenent Employer, such as a UK NHS Hospital, can obtain such permits and they are not valid for Locum work.

Sonographers Medical are unable to sponsor Locums to come to the UK and are unable to provide payment to cover the costs of relocating to the UK or accommodation costs. We are able to assist in finding suitable accommodation once you are here in the UK.
However, in some cases, it might be possible for you to recoup some of these costs as expenses from you tax bills. Our accountants will assist you with your taxation and limited Company setup.
Tax laws change all the time and it is important you seek up-to-date advice on this, preferably before travelling, to ensure you meet any requirements and that you retain all relevent paperwork.
